16 oz. pkg. linguine ( use rice noodles*)
4 cloves garlic - minced
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. oil (vegetable or canola)
5. tbsp. soy sauce
5 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. chili sauce
6 green onions - sliced
1 tsp. sesame seeds - toasted

1. cook and drain pasta, then transfer to serving bowl
2. heat saucepan over medium-high heat, stir in garlic, sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce and bring to a boil - stirring constantly until sugar dissolves
3. pour sauce over linguine and toss to coat
4. garnish with gr. onions and toasted sesame seeds
