4oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2-1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
2 t. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate with oil. Cool. Add sugar then add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to chocolate mixture. Chill dough about 1 hour.

Roll into 1" balls then roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350º for 7-8 minutes for soft cookies (they won't seem done, but they are) or 8-10 minutes for crisp cookies.
