1 (18 1/4 oz.) box German Chocolate Cake mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 (5 oz.) box Vanilla Instant Pudding
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can Dr. pepper (room temperature)

Frosting Ingredients:
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. finely chopped nuts.

Cake:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix cake mix, oil, and pudding mix together. Add eggs one at a time until all eggs are blended with cake mixture. Add Dr. Pepper. Mix well. Pour into 2 or 3 (9 inch round) greased and floured cake pans. Bake 30-40 minutes. Allow cake to cool before frosting.
Frosting:
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar. vanilla, butter and cocoa together. Frost cake and sprinkle nuts on top. If frosting is too runny, chill in refrigerator before icing the cake. Cake is best if stored in refrigerator.
