8 oz. Paul Neuman Oil and Vinegar Dressing
2 T. Wishbone Italian Dressing
2 T. Parmesan Cheese (fresh and grated)
2 tsp. White Sugar
1/8 tsp. Dry Mustard
Romaine, Endive & regular Lettuce
Red Onion
Black Olives
Tomatoes
Croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the dressings, cheese, sugar and dry mustard on high for two minutes. Prepare the lettuces for the salad. Cut red onion in circle slices. Cut black olives & tomatoes in slices. Mix salad together. Add croutons and fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Dressing refrigerated will keep up to two months.

You can use the Italian blend lettuce in the grocery store. Not Olive Garden's recipe but tastes similar.
