Crust:
1 3/4 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened

Top:
1 can crushed pineapple
1 3 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
1 8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and soft butter. Pat into a 9 X 12" pan. Bake for 8 minutes at 350º. Let cool about 30 minutes or longer.

Mix pineapple, cream cheese, and dry pudding mix; fold in Cool Whip

Pour over crust. Top with nuts if desired and refrigerate.
