1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 medium sized bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 package egg noodles
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and bell pepper in heavy skillet until no longer pink. Stir often. When done, pour off excess fat. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup with just enough water to keep from burning..about 1/2 can. Stir in 1 cup sour cream and heat through. Add Worcestershire sauce. Keep warm.
Cook 1 package of egg noodles with salt and butter until tender. Drain well. Put noodles in a flat serving dish and pour beef mixture over it.

Mom and I really liked this dish.....Dad wasn't too fond of it, but he ate his "fair" share. He never complained about the food placed in front of him.
