1 3/4 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup butter
1- 14 ounce can Eagle brand milk
12 ounce package semi-sweet choclate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine crumbs and butter. Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake 8 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º. In small saucepan, melt 1 cup chips with Eagle brand milk and vanilla. Spread chocolate mixture over prepared crust. Sprinkle evenly remaining chips, and nuts. Press down firmly. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered.
