15 oz can of pumpkin
12 oz can evaporated milk
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c buttermilk baking mix (Jiffy)
2 eggs beaten
2 T melted butter
1T pumpkin pie spice
2 t vanilla
whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for the whipped topping. Pour into a greased crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. Serve with whipped topping.

If you do not have pumpkin pie spice, I add a mixture of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg. Great dish for Thanksgiving.
