1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 T butter
2 cups peanuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Spray jelly roll pan or baking sheet with oil; set aside.
Mix sugar and corn syrup in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Bowl will be hot. Stir in butter and peanuts. Microwave another 3 - 4 minutes or until pale golden brown. Remove from oven with mitts and add soda and vanilla. Immediately spread onto baking sheet as thinly as possible. Let cool a few minutes and break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
