1 cup flour
1 stick margarine or butter
1/4 nuts
6 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. cool whip, thawed
6 oz. instant pudding - your choice of flavor
2 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, butter and nuts and spread into a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Blend cream cheese and 1/2 of the cool whip. Pour over crust. Blend pudding and milk and pour over cream cheese layer. Stir 1/4 cup nuts and remaining cool whip. Spread on top. Cover and chill before serving.
