1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup each of brown and white sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp. soda
dash of salt
48 mini Reese's cups
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together except candy. Shape dough into 48 1" balls. Press into greased mini muffin pan. Bake 12 minutes. Meanwhile, unwrap the candy. Take the cookies out and immediately press a candy piece into cookie. Turn out of muffin tin and cool on wire rack.
