Ingredients:  
4 cups flour
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs
3T buttermilk mixed w/scant teaspoon of baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar in large bowl. Place butter in bowl and add eggs and buttermilk. Mix with hands and roll out onto floured surface. Cut out cookies with shaped cutters. Bake at 375 º 10 -12 minutes or until just about to turn brown.
