Jalapeno peppers
cream cheese
bacon

Directions:
Cut peppers in half and remove seeds and white membrane; spoon softened cream cheese in cavity, put shrimp on top, and wrap in bacon; bake at 350º for 15-25 minutes; if bacon isn't crisp enough, put under broiler

If shrimp are large, I slice them in half to fit on pepper. These are delicious.
