2 cans (16 oz each) green beans, drained
1 can (14 oz) quartered artichoke hearts, drained
salt and pepper
1 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup romano (or parmesean) cheese
1/4 cup olive oil with garlic squeezed in it

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl; add lots of black pepper, little Tony's, maybe more cheese. Pour in casserole dish and bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350º. Uncover for last 15 minutes and brown.

I always serve this on Christmas Eve and everyone seems to enjoy it. It kind of tastes like stuffed artichokes. It's also really good with sauteed sliced onions in a couple of slices of bacon added to the caserole.
