1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 onion diced
1/2 C diced green, red, yellow, orange bell pepper
( I usually get frozen mixed bell peppers and dice to make 1/2 cup)
1 lg can tomato paste
1 lg can crushed tomatos
1 pkg McCormick ChilI Seasoning Mix
1 T Chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 - 1 lb pkg elbow noodles cooked and drained

Brown beef with onion and peppers. Add chili season mix,tomato paste and rest of ingredients. Let simmer on low for 20- 30 min. Add cooked noodles mixing well.
Can add velvetta cheese and cook till melted for a little variety.
