2 Cups Salsa
2 T. Chili powder
2 T. Dried Oregano
1 2 1/2 lb. Boneless pork butt or shoulder, trimmed of fat
Corn Tortillas
Cilantro for garnish
Lime for garnish
Sliced avocados

Directions:
Directions:
In a 4-6 qt slow cooker, combine salsa,oregano, chili powder, and 1 tsp. of salt. Mix well. Ass the pork and turn to coat. Cook covered until the meat is tender and pulls apart easily. 4-5 hours on high and 7-8 on low. Heat Tortillas in foil in a 350º oven for 15 minutes. After meat is cooked using two forks, shred the pork and stir into the cooking liquid. Serve on warm corn tortillas, cilantro, lime, sliced avocado and extra salsa if desired.
