4 cups of cooked, peeled, smashed sweet potatoes
2 cups of evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring
2 boxes of vanilla instant pudding
1 stick of butter
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the stick of butter. Put sweet potatoes, eggs, vanilla instant pudding, sugar, evaporated milk, whole milk, and vanilla flavor together. Mix with a mixer until its creamy looking, then pour into pie shells. Not sure on how many it makes . I always lay a lot of shells out because I make a lot at a time for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Bake at 350 until pies are golden brown or look done.
