1 package McCormick Brown Gravy
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
1 sweet onion chopped
Worcestershire Sauce
Liquid Smoke
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Onion Salt.
Chopped Mushrooms
Baby Carrots
Potatoes (for dish or mashed on the side)

Set Slow Cooker to High. Lay Roast "fat side up", per Gaga. Add liquid smoke, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and onion salt. Empty packages of Ranch Mix and Brown Gravy Mix on roast. Chop entire sweet onion and place on top. Add water to just cover roast. Set timer for 7 hours. At 3 hours remaining, add chopped mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes (if not serving over mashed potatoes).

This roast tastes almost as good as Gaga's did.
Almost! It's the easiest thing in the world to do and there is no way for those of us "less than par" in the kitchen can mess it up! Jason loves it...and especially when served with whipped potatoes!
