Ground chuck or sirlion
1 egg
bread crumbs
Worcestershire sauce
Grated cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
Vidalia onion
Hamburger bun
Wax paper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground chuck or sirloin with one egg, some bread crumbs and a good splash of Worcestershire sauce.
Roll up ground chuck golf ball size.
(4 pieces - we will make and plate 2 burgers)
Put the meatball between wax paper and roll thin rolling pin.
Put grated cheddar cheese between the two patties and secure the sides.
Salt, pepper and fry in hot grease.
Slice a thick piece onion for each and fry along side the patties.
Prepare buns
Add lettuce and tomato.
