1 Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough thin crust;
1 large can Contadina crushed tomatoes with Italian spices;
1 small Contadina tomato paste with Italian spices;
1 medium white onion diced;
1 green pepper diced;
1/2 pound spicy pepperoni;
1/2 pkg (4 oz) diced Prosciutto
1/2 pound hot Italian sausage
1 small can sliced black olives
2 cups grated Mozzarella
2 tbsp Italian spices
Dollop sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put tomato sauce and paste into saucepan. Dice onion and green pepper. Add diced onion and green pepper to tomato mixture. Simmer to sweat onions and peppers. Add Italian spices. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a 10 X 15 inch cookie sheet. Roll out dough to edges.
Par-bake crust for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Cover crust with 2 cups tomato sauce.
Decorate with cooked sausgage, Proscuitto, and pepperoni.
Decorate with olives and cheese.
Return to oven
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
Dollop with sour cream to taste.
