2 c. milk
2 c. old fashioned oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 large Granny Smith apple, grated with skin
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. dried cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Stir everything together in a large bowl. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with more almonds.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
