6-8 new potatoes (red skin)
4-5 eggs
6 slices bacon, cut fine and fried crisp (save grease)
1 T. flour
1/2 c. sugar
pepper to taste
2-3 green onions
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and eggs together for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, in bacon grease (that's right!), stir in flour and sugar then add pepper and green onions. Then add the vinegar and water and stir until thickened. Drain and cut up the potatoes and eggs and put in a bowl and pour the gravy over top.
