1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container cool whip or generic whipped topping
2 Heath bars or Symphony toffee candy bars crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Make and bake cake mix according to box directions. While still hot, poke holes in top of cake with butter knife, spatula handle, ice pick etc……whatever works. Pour sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping over warm cake and let soak into holes. Cover cake and put in refrigerator until cold…..6 hrs works best. When nicely chilled cover cake with cool whip. Crush candy bars until they are in tiny pieces and sprinkle over cool whip.
