1 large loaf Italian bread
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion
2 cups peppers sliced (red, yellow, orange)
Provolone cheese
Parmesan cheese
Minced garlic
Garlic powder
Dried Basil
Olive Oil
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eye shape out of loaf of Italian bread. Season chicken breast with garlic, parsley, black pepper, basil, salt & pepper and saute in olive oil until done. Remove from pan, keep warm. In the same pan, add onions, fresh garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes and cook until onions are tender and browned. Remove to a bowl and keep warm. In the same pan, add the peppers, garlic and seasonings (black and red pepper) and saute until peppers are tender. To assemble: Rub down the inside of the bread with olive oil, garlic & black pepepr. Sprinkle with grated parmesan, then put down a layer of provolone cheese. Slice the chicken breast into bite size pieces, then place on top of cheese. Add the onions, then the peppers, sprinkle with parmesean cheese, then another layer of provolone. Put eye back on bread. Rub bread down with olive oil, then season with garlic powder and salt. Wrap in foil and bake at 300º until cheese is melted (about 20 minutes).
