2 cans Italian Style tomatoes
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3 cloves minced or pressed garlic
1 T olive oil
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 - 1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Brown garlic for a minute or so - don't burn! Add everything else. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove from heat immediately and serve.

Serve this shrimp dish over a tube-type pasta. This recipe also works great with clams.
