2 T flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 3/4 lbs. round steak, cut into strips (stew meat cut into smaller sizes will work, too)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet french onion soup
1/4 cup or so of catsup
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put the dry ingredients into a crockpot and stir in meat, coating it with the dry stuff. Add soups and catsup and 1/2 cup water to the crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms at the end while you cook your noodles.
