2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 bananas - mashed
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine dry ingredients together in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl and then add to the dry ingredients; stir well. Add 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips. Pour into one large loaf pan or 3 mini loaf pans. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and remaining chocolate chips on top of loaf/loaves. Bake 1 large loaf for 60 minutes or until done. Mini loaves take about 45 minutes. If they start getting too brown before the inside is baked through, cover loaf/loaves with foil.
