2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins (option)
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all-purpose flour , yellow cornmeal, sugar, salt and raisins in medium bowl, Stir oil, milk, water and egg, butter and water in another bowl until well blended. Put liquid mix into dried mix, leave in warm temperature for 1-2 hours until the dough rises.Spread into a steaming pot. Steam 20 minutes.
