1 1/2 cup elbow macaroni
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
2 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water; drain. In sauce pan melt butter, blend in all purpose flour, salt and dash of pepper. Add milk; cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add onion and cheese (cubed). Stir until melted.
Mix with macaroni, put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
