1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup nuts, optional
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and set aside. Cream 1 cup sugar with margarine, add eggs and vanilla. Combine well and set aside. Beat together bananas, sour cream and nuts. Add the two mixtures and beat well. Pour into greased and floured bread pan. For topping, combine the last teaspoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
