1 jar mild salsa
1 can tomato puree
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 28-oz. bag frozen beef ravioli (or cheese ravioli for a vegetarian dish)
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterrey jack cheese
sour cream
lime quarters

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine first 3 ingredients. Pour 1/2 c. sauce on the bottom of a lightly greased 11x7 baking dish.
Top with frozen ravioli.

Spread black beans, remaining sauce mixture and sprinkle with cilantro. Top with both cheeses.

Bake covered with foil for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Pass sour cream and lime quarters to garnish. Serve with a green salad and crusty bread.
