30 (2 boxes) individual frozen mini phyllo shells, thawed
3/4 c. mayonnaise
6 T. sour cream
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 of a 1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix (3T.)
1 T. fresh lime juice
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/3 c.diced tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Place the phyllo shells on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake the shells until they turn light golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, taco seasoning mix and lime juice. Spoon the mixture into the cooled shells.

Garnish with chopped cilantro and diced tomatoes.
