1 devil's food cake mix
1 1/4 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
2 T. instant coffee granules
1/2 -1 tsp. chipotle chile pepper
11.5 oz. bag of mini chocolate chips
2 tsp. flour
1 container prepared Cream Cheese Frosting

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place 24 cupcake paper liners in two muffin tins. Using a mixer, beat cake mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, and instant coffee granules on low for 30 seconds then on medium-high for 2 minutes. Toss the chocolate chips with the flour to prevent chips from sinking. Fold chips into batter. Bake cupcakes for 18-22 minutes. Frost with prepared Cream Cheese Frosting when cool.
