1-top round or shoulder London Broil
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c gin
1-2 cloves garlic
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, gin and pepper. Pierce meat with a fork on top and bottom and pour sauce over . Add garlic slivers inserted into the meat or mince garlic and add to the marinade. Cover and let stand for at least overnight or longer.
