One whole deli chicken, skinned, deboned and meat shredded
2 small cans chopped green chilies
whipped philadelphia cream cheese
large pack of shredded cheese (monterrey jack, cheddar, etc)
2 cans green enchilada sauce, chopped jalapenos, tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, put shredded chicken , two cans chopped chilies, maybe half tub of cream cheese, and mix together. Put mixture down center of tortillas, roll up, and put seam side down in casserole dish. Pour both cans of enchilada sauce over tortillas, and top with package of cheese. Put in over at 350º for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and heated through. Top with chopped jalapenos.

Emily and Catherine love to fix these at their apartments. It's quick, easy and quite tasty. You could probably leave out the cream cheese, if you want.
