3 lb. chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. olive oi
2 cans (14-1/2 oz each) Del Monte Italian Stewed Tomatoes
1 6-oz. can tomato paste
carton of sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 tbsp basil, crushed
hot cooked pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Brown seasoned chicken in oil, 10 minutes, drain. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, zucchini and basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Serve over pasta with romano cheese. You can leave out the zucchini if you don't like it.
