Corn tortillas (taquito syle)
4 lbs. carne asada (diosmio) in pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Salsa verde
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in a frying pan and add meat, garlic and salt. Cook the meat for 30 minutes, or until it is dry. Heat tortillas in skillet. Put tortillas on plates and put meat, onion, cilantro and salsa on the tortillas. Fold each tortilla in half and serve.
