1 lb. ground beef
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 T. chopped parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can condensed beef broth
1 3oz. can chopped mushrooms (or fresh sauteed mushrooms)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 T. flour
1 t. caraway seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, bread crumbs, milk, parsley, and egg. Mix lightly. Shape into 24 1-1/2" meatballs. Brown slowly in hot fat; turn frequently to keep round. Add beef broth, mushrooms, and onions. Cover, simmer for 30 minutes. Blend sour cream, flour and caraway seed. Stir into meatballs. Bring to boiling, cook 5 minutes. Serve with noodles, rice or potatoes.
