2 c self-rising corn meal mix
1-1/2 c milk
1 egg
2 T oil
1 c shredded cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c chopped jalapeno peppers
1 sm can cream style corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn meal mix, oil, milk and egg. To this mixture add cheese, peppers and corn. Bake at 425ºF for 20 to 25 minutes.

Delicious with soups. Peppers may with added or subtracted to taste.
