1 lb ground beef
1 med onion chopped
1 tin mushrooms , drained
2 garlic cloves - crushed
1 tsp oregano
1 pkg. chopped spinach chopped
1 tin cream of mushroom soup
1 C sour cream
3 TB rice (uncooked)
salt & pepper
grated cheese of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat & onions, mushrooms and garlic & oregano in fry pan. Stir in drained spinach, soup, sour cream, rice and season. Top with a grated cheese.
Place in prepped dish & bake 40 mins.
