1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 c butter
1 TB lemon juice
1/2 tsp Tabasco
3 TB grated onion
3 TB brown sugar
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic - crushed
1/2 C Indonesian Soya Sauce (Conimex)
salt & pepper
8" wooden skewers

Directions:
Directions:
cube tenderloin into 3/4" pieces - place in pan. Melt butter and add all other ingredients and bring to boil and simmer for 5 mins.
Cool slightly then pour over meat and cover and leave in fridge overnight or at least 6 hours. Don't worry about butter concealing
Skewer meat onto sticks which have been soaked in water with a approx 5-6 pieces.
Grill on BBQ - tuning for approx 12-15 mins.
