1 1/2 pounds lean ground pork
1 medium onion finely chopped or grated
2 cloves of garlic minced
fresh or dried basil/savory and Thyme to taste
1 tsp paprika
1/2 large grated carrot
salt, pepper

frozen phylo pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.

Take 2 sheets of pastry at a time, and butter between each, using a total of 4 sheets - place a 'rope' of sausage over top and and fold pastry together,

Cut with a sharp knife into bite sized ( 2") or larger pieces and place seam side down onto sheet

Bkae 350 20-25 mins until golden brown
