1/2 c butter
1/2 c flour
1 cup warm milk
1 cup chicken broth
pepper, nutmeg
sherry or white wine, heavy cream
..spaghetti .........
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups cooked ham
1/2 cup diced onion
1 small green pepper
1TB butter
.......
bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
heat butter in saucepan, blend in flour, add milk and broth to flour mixture and stir until smooth - cook until thickened, ass seasonings, remove from heat.

Cook spaghetti until al dente

Melt butter and add veggies & ham and cook for 3 mins mix into sauce.

Mix all together and put into a prepared dish and top with bread crumbs and cheese
