1/2 C. butter
1/3 C Sugar
1 C Flour
press into a prepared spring form pan (or round)
Filling:
1 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese
1/4 C Sugar
1 egg
1tsp Vanilla
Topping:
3 C. thinly sliced apples (or pears/peaches)
1/4 sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C sliced almonds (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
for the filling beat the cream cheese and add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth, then pour over base
Peel and thinly slice apples of other fruit and arrange in concentric formation in pan over the filling.
Bake 375 - 30 mins
