Venison Meatloaf Recipe

1 pound ground venison
1/4-1/2 pound ground pork (Italian or seasoned pork sausage)
1 egg, beaten with fork
1/4 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup dry Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp sage
salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar

Combine all ingredients (except ketchup and brown sugar). Blend completely & put into meatloaf pan. Mix ketchup and brown sugar and spread over meatloaf.

bake for 1 hour at 350 Pour off grease, cut and serve.
