4 tenderloin steaks
4 pieces of bacon
Artichoke hearts
Béarnaise Sauce:
Make Hollandaise Sauce (pkg.)
Add:
3 T. tarragon vinegar
2 T. dry white wine
1 ½ tsp. tarragon flakes
1 T. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine; boil to decrease to ¼ cup. Strain and cool. Make Hollandaise but add vinegar, not lemon.
