1-pound venison steak, cut in 50-cent pieces
8 oz. Mushrooms
1 tsp. Minced onion
¼ tsp. Garlic powder
Pinch rosemary and thyme
1 ½ oz. Scotch
3 oz. Cream sherry
6 oz. Cream (half-n-half)
2 T. flour or cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat in seasoned flour and sauté in butter 2 minutes or until browned. Turn and brown other side. Remove from pan. Add onions and mushrooms to pan, add seasoning and lightly brown. Add scotch and sherry and cook down to half. Add cream. To thicken, stir 2 T. four or cornstarch into ¼ cup water. Remove from heat. When ready to serve, heat sauce, add meat and heat through. Serve.
