1 ½ pound (boneless, trimmed Clark Gable roast)
1 ½ C. meat juice
1 tsp. Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Ground allspice
¼ tsp. Ground cloves
¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 (8oz)-can tomato sauce
½ C. brown sugar
¼ C. vinegar
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover pork with water and boil until tender. Cool. Skim off fat. Reserve 1 ½ C. of the meat juice, discard the rest. Remove any remaining fat and shred the meat. Combine meat, reserve juice and the remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Add ½ cup of ketchup for color, if desired. Serve on buns.
Note: Recipe can be doubled, tripled, quadrupled.
