2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls - large size
2 pkgs frozen, but thawed and squeezed, chopped spinach
1/4 minced onion
2 cloves garlic minced
1 pkg of shredded cheddar cheese
salt
2 eggs, beaten well

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spinach, eggs, shredded cheese, salt, onion & garlic in a bowl. Open crescent rolls and put one tablespoon into center of crescent dough, wide side. Roll into crescent shape place on baking sheet for 18-20 min. or until golden brown.

You can use any kind of shredded cheese that you prefer. These can also be cut in half after baking. These delicious spinach pizzas are a staple of our Christmas Eve appetizer tradition.
