3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. very warm water
3 pkgs yeast
2 eggs beaten
5-1/2 c. unsifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk - stir in butter, sugar & salt. Cool. Put warm water into large bowl. Dissolve yeast into it. Stir in milk & egg mixture & add 3 c. flour. Beat well. Add more flour to make soft dough - about 1 more cup. Put 1 cup flour on board & knead about 8 minutes. Use no more than 5-1/2 c. flour altogether. Put in greased bowl & turn it over. Cover with warm damp cloth. Let rise until double in bulk about 1 hour. Shape into rolls & cover. Let rise. Bake @ 350º for 15 minutes.
